On May 25, the new Data Protection Regulation, also known as GDPR, will enter into force. 


The General Data Protection Regulation is a common law that applies to all EU / EEA countries. 


Our business is adapted in accordance with current regulations, both in terms of organization and technology.

 
To maintain our business and provide good service to our customers, we need to collect certain personal information. 


We collect and store personal data to fulfil agreements with our clients.


In other aspects, personal data is stored for billing and marketing purposes. 
The personal information that is stored is stored on the customer's card and on orders placed in the store. 


If you choose to receive emails, your email address will be stored in an email list. 
The technical solution on which our store rests complies with the GDPR requirements both in terms of security as in the compliance of the rights of the interested parties. 


Evalent, who is our supplier, also provides an agreement in which they agree to comply with the requirements established by GDPR. 


According to the RGPD, you as the owner of personal data have the right to information about what is stored about you. 


As a customer you have: 
Right to have incorrect information corrected.
The right to be removed from various records.
Right to limit data processing.
The right to move your personal data and object.
The right to file complaints about data handling.
